Green Lanterns meet South Park

It was almost two easy to see the Earth sector Green Lanterns as the four boys from South Park. Characters are from DC Comics Universe.

Two Arrows

Arrowette and Arsenal, two characters from the DC Comics Universe. It would be awesome to see them team-up!

Wonder Woman

There’s no better Amazonian warrior than my own cousin! This was a Christmas present for her, because I love her.

two x-heroes

This was a commission of characters from the comicbook series X-Men: Sarah (Network) Vale and Forge. I think Forge was based off of his Wolverine and the X-Men cartoon persona, not the one from the comicbook.

hubba hubba

I like to think this is Arthur and Molly Weasley sending a postcard from their honeymoon, circa…early 1970’s?

Star Trek illos

These were fun – I drew a couple pieces of art for a friend’s Star Trek novella about a post-apocalyptic zombie-infested Earth. We used the Star Trek Reboot likenesses because, well.  I may have grown up with The Original Series, but these actors are my generation. 🙂

The poster is an homage to the amazing Drew Struzan, whose film poster work are familiar to millions of film fans.

May Pang and Yoko Ono

The Beatles have always had their share of fangirl fanart – is it okay for their lovers and wives to get the same amount of adoration?  I truly hope so.

A quick and rough sketch, drawn in Photoshop.

baby!Beatles

This was just me being a geeky fangirl for the Beatles. Hurr. Hope you can tell who is who.

Happy belated birthday, John Lennon.

Murdoch Mysteries

This is based off a delightful Canadian television series about crime-solving in Victorian Toronto.  Here, the lead Detective Murdoch is taking the Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Ogden for a ride on the Victorian Era’s newest craze: the bicycle!

And for those of you who have your doubts – yes, there were indeed real women who made it high into the ranks of the medical field in Canada during the 1800’s.

This was a commission, painted in Photoshop.
