I may have a slight, 15-year long adoration for The Beatles. It’s a rare feeling, when something you naively loved  as a child can – even as an more aware, more jaded adult – still be lovable.   The Beatles still haven’t let me down.  What a pleasant surprise.

Two tattoo commissions!

The first one is a pin-up girl design – sexy and smart.

The second is a book design (I guess I know lots of women who like to read!) for two BFFs. So sweet.

I really hope I can get a photo of these as tattoos!  Seeing my art as permanent ink on someone’s skin is both amazing and humbling.

The lovely and talented author Saundra Mitchell commissioned me to draw a promotional bookmark for her new published book, Shadowed Summer.  The blurb:

Nothing ever happened in Ondine, Louisiana, not even the summer Elijah Landry disappeared.

Whew, it’s been a while! New job means a novel life. Time to backdate some art I’ve done over the past few months.
